Psychotherapy or neuro psychotherapy frames the various therapies and methods I work with.
All the approaches and methods I use have in common that they work deeply in the subconscious mind and the nervous system. Among other therapeutic modalities, I use talk therapy, hypno-therapy, NLP-therapy and yoga therapy.
In talk therapy, I will ask you to answer spontaneously. Talk therapy will give you new insights and a greater understanding of yourself, your responses, patterns and personal resources.
In this way, talk therapy will make you more conscious of your actions and show you new ways of thinking and expand your options.
If you wish, I may give you assignments or homework. Depending on your situation, this can be anything from meditation, mindfulness, yoga poses, mental practices, etc.
My approach builds on many forms of therapy
Including humanistic psychology, gestalt therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. However, my approach is more results-oriented than problem-oriented.
This means the focus is more on your hopes, goals, and dreams rather than on your problem.
This approach targets your subconscious mind and nervous system, and for many it is experienced “as lighter” and more efficient than more traditional therapy.
Many of my clients report that they change faster and easier than in other therapies they have tried.
